What happens if a guest's flight is delayed? ▼
If a grouped flight is delayed by 30 minutes or less, the driver waits at no extra charge. If the delay exceeds 30 minutes, the primary vehicle departs with on-time passengers, and the delayed guest is re-slotted onto the next available wave at no additional cost. If no subsequent wave fits their route, they receive an immediate private sedan offer at a discounted upgrade rate.
