1. Our service

We provide private transfer and chauffeur services in and around Milan and other specified destinations. All bookings are subject to availability and our confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking if:

  • The information provided is incomplete or inaccurate
  • Safety, legal, or operational reasons require it.

2. Booking and payment

You must provide accurate and complete information when submitting a booking request.

Prices, payment terms, and any deposits or pre‑payments will be communicated during the booking process or via email.

A booking is not confirmed until you receive our written confirmation (for example, by email).

You are responsible for any fees or charges from your bank or payment provider.

3. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel a booking, you must contact us as early as possible using the contact details on this website.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick‑up time are free of charge.

We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before pick‑up or in case of no‑show, as specified in your booking confirmation or invoice.

We may need to modify or cancel a booking in case of traffic disruptions, extreme weather, vehicle breakdown, or other events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will try to offer an alternative or refund where appropriate.

4. Passenger responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Arrive on time at the agreed pick‑up point
  • Follow reasonable instructions from the driver
  • Treat the vehicle with care and respect
  • Comply with local laws, including seat‑belt and child‑safety regulations.

You may be charged for damage to the vehicle or extra cleaning caused by you or your party beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as loss of flights, hotels, or business) arising from the use of our website or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

6. Website use

You must not misuse this website, attempt to breach its security, or interfere with its operation.

All content on this website (text, images, design, logo, etc.) belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except for personal, non‑commercial use.

7. Privacy

8. Governing law and disputes
